Eligibility

Access to AgentHubDocs is available to individuals and entities legally able to form binding contracts under applicable law. Use of certain features may require account registration and acceptance of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register an account. Accounts created by minors without valid authorization may be terminated and data removed.

You agree to use AgentHubDocs lawfully and not for any fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purpose. You remain responsible for ensuring your use complies with local real estate regulations and professional rules in Switzerland.

Availability of specific templates or features may vary by country. AgentHubDocs operates from Switzerland and resources are adapted for Swiss practice; users outside Switzerland should verify local applicability before relying on any document.

Account registration and security

To access certain features you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Provide complete and accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. AgentHubDocs relies on the accuracy of the data you supply to deliver relevant templates and notifications.

Protect your password and access credentials. Notify AgentHubDocs promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement technical measures to safeguard accounts but cannot accept responsibility for compromised credentials caused by user negligence.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from AgentHubDocs. Sharing access is discouraged and may result in suspension.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact AgentHubDocs immediately so we can take remedial actions, including locking the account and assisting with recovery steps.

AgentHubDocs may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, present security risks, or are subject to legal orders. Suspension may be temporary while issues are contribute.

Service scope

AgentHubDocs provides document templates, editable forms, checklists and informational content to help real estate agents manage transactions and compliance tasks. Content is for professional use and should be reviewed for relevance to specific deals and local law.

We may modify, enhance or discontinue features. Material changes that significantly affect available functionality will be communicated in advance where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We aim to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and occasional service interruptions may occur. We will provide notice of planned downtime when feasible.

User conduct and prohibited uses

Users must behave professionally and respect legal and intellectual property rights. The following uses are prohibited:

• Uploading or distributing unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or harmful content.
• Impersonating others or forging transactional documents that mislead third parties.
• Automated scraping or bulk extraction of site data without prior authorization.
• Circumventing technical controls or attempting to reverse-engineer the platform.
• Using the platform to facilitate actions that violate local real estate, consumer protection or anti-funds laundering laws.
• Distributing templates as a competing product or reproducing AgentHubDocs branding without permission.
• Interfering with other users' access or deploying software that degrades service performance.

User content and submissions

You may upload or create content using AgentHubDocs. You retain ownership of your user content, but grant AgentHubDocs rights to store and process it to provide services.

Users retain ownership of their original files and contributions. AgentHubDocs does not claim ownership of documents you create using your account.

By uploading or creating content you grant AgentHubDocs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy and process that content to operate and improve the service and to provide collaboration features for the account.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights. AgentHubDocs is not responsible for accuracy or legality of user-generated documents.

AgentHubDocs may remove or block content that violates these terms or applicable law. If content is removed we will inform the account holder and provide grounds where appropriate.

Intellectual property

AgentHubDocs and its licensors retain ownership of all platform technology, templates, logos and proprietary content. Users are granted limited rights to use templates for their professional activities under these terms.

• Do not copy, distribute or sublicense AgentHubDocs templates as a standalone product.
• Do not remove or alter AgentHubDocs copyright notices or activity.
• Do not attempt to reproduce the platform's source code or proprietary systems.

Paid services and subscriptions

AgentHubDocs offers paid plans with additional templates, priority support and collaboration features. Subscriptions enable professional teams to standardize documentation workflows.

Pricing for paid plans is published on the AgentHubDocs website. Fees are charged in the currency displayed at purchase and reflect the scope of services selected.

Payments are processed by our chosen payment provider. You must provide valid payment details and authorize recurring charges for subscription plans. Failure to provide valid payment may result in service suspension.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms stated here and in your account settings.

Refunds are handled case-by-case. If a payment dispute arises or services are materially unavailable, contact AgentHubDocs customer support to request review. Refunds are issued in line with applicable consumer protection rules and the particular circumstances of the request.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Cancellation will prevent future renewals; access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Fees do not include taxes that may apply. You are responsible for any taxes imposed by authorities in your jurisdiction. AgentHubDocs will collect taxes where required by law.

Prices and features may change. We will provide notice of price increases prior to the next billing cycle when required by applicable law.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of paid features. We reserve the right to recover unpaid amounts through lawful means.

Disclaimer

Material provided by AgentHubDocs is for convenience and informational purposes. Templates and guidance do not replace professional legal advice. You should verify documents and adapt them to the particulars of each transaction and to applicable Swiss law and local regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentHubDocs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including any reliance on templates or guidance provided. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by the user for the relevant paid service in the prior 12 months.

Third-party services and integrations

AgentHubDocs may integrate with third-party providers (payment processors, cloud storage, analytics). Use of these services is subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies; AgentHubDocs does not control those services and is not responsible for their practices.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by closing an account or by discontinuing use. AgentHubDocs may terminate or restrict access for breach, legal reasons, or sustained non-payment. We will attempt to notify affected users when practical.

Upon termination, access to paid features will end and stored content may be deleted after reasonable notice. Users should export any content they wish to retain prior to termination or removal.

Privacy and data protection

AgentHubDocs processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. The policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, retention periods and your rights to access and control personal information.

Communications and notices

Notices related to these terms will be delivered via email, in-app messaging or posted on the AgentHubDocs website. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid email address in your account settings.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law, services or market practice. Material changes will be announced and, when required, consent obtained. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising in connection with the terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact AgentHubDocs to seek an amicable resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled in the competent courts as set out in the governing law clause.
